Silos
The tanker trucks, controlled upon their reception, pump the material to the silos where the raw material necessary for the manufacture of our products is stored. The storage conditions are totally hygienic, following the strictest regulations for food use and avoiding human contact with the product.
Feeding Area
The raw material arrives from the exterior silos to the feeding room through stainless steel conduits. Next, the equipment in this room proceeds to mix the raw material and colouring necessary for each product. Finally, the feeders send the mixture to the hopper of the corresponding injection machine.
Injection Area
This is a room with controlled temperature and humidity. With 40 cutting-edge injection machines with 300 to 500 tonnes of clamping force and moulds with 32 to 96 cavities. Given the requirements in terms of hygienic and bacteriological control for the caps, the room has an air microfiltration system that has enabled us to achieve an ISO 8 classification according to the UNE-EN ISO 14644-1: 2016 standard.
Packaging Area
This is a room with filtered and controlled air (ISO 8 classification according to the UNE-EN ISO 14644-1: 2016 standard) where the production process continues to be fully automated. The parts are subjected to rigorous quality controls using artificial vision machines and regular visual inspection controls.
We have a fully automated logistics system using laser-guided vehicles. These vehicles transport the empty packaging, with their bags fitted automatically, to each reception area for the caps coming from the injection room, and collect the packaging full of caps, transporting them to the labelling area for their identification and subsequent sealing.
We have a computerised labelling system that guarantees total traceability throughout the packaging. The entire packaging process is carried out under the best hygienic conditions by means of a fully automated handling system, avoiding human contact. This area also houses the multi-component cap assembly machines.
End of line
The fully closed and identified packaging is transported via a conveyor belt to the end of line area, where it is palletised. It is then strapped, leaving it ready to be stored. This palletisation is customised for each client.
Storage
Our warehouses are perfectly dimensioned and in optimal hygienic conditions. This enables us to guarantee safety stock for our clients.
